AVCHD DVDs
RevolverHD can take AVCHD movies and create high definition AVCHD DVDs.
AVCHDDVDs can be played on almost all Blu-ray players. We have tested theseDVDs on Sony, Panasonic and Samsung Blu-ray players as well as thePlayStation3.
AVCREC DVDs
The Blu-ray Consortium has recentlyreleased a new disk specification called AVCREC. AVCREC is similar toAVCHD and is used to create high definition DVDs. New Blu-ray playersare beginning to support AVCREC and soon all new Blu-ray players willsupport the format. RevolverHD supports the creation of these AVCRECDVDs.
Camera Archives
RevolverHD can take any AVCHD moviesand create an AVCHD Camera Archive. This archive will be recognised byiMovie and Final Cut as a camera, allowing you to import these movieswhen required.
For iMovie exports to PlayStation3:
- QuickTime (current version)
- iMovie08, iMovieHD, Final Cut Express/Pro
- Playstation3
- A HD TV hooked up to your PS3
